3-MeO-PCE
3-MeO-PCE is a dissociative hallucinogen of the arylcyclohexylamine class and a structural analog of PCE. It began gaining popularity around 2010 as a grey-market research chemical, typically sold online as a legal alternative to PCP and ketamine. Its effects are reported to be qualitatively similar to those of PCE and PCP. It is considered potentially habit-forming, and its safety profile remains poorly characterized.

3-MeO-PCPr
3-MeO-PCPr is a dissociative research chemical of the arylcyclohexylamine class. It is the N-propyl homologue of 3-MeO-PCE and is reported to be slightly less potent than PCP while producing a somewhat less manic experience by comparison. As a relatively obscure research chemical, very limited data exists regarding its safety profile, pharmacology, and long-term effects. Like other arylcyclohexylamines, it may carry a risk of habit formation.

3-Me-PCE
3-Me-PCE is the 3-methyl derivative of the internationally controlled substance Eticyclidine (PCE). It shares structural similarities with 3-MeO-PCE and 3-HO-PCE. 3-Me-PCE first appeared in the scientific literature in 2015 in the context of synthesis and analytical caracterization of a series of arylcyclohexylamines by Wallach et al. It is believed to produce ketamine-like dissociative effects predominantly via antagonism of NMDA receptors. Anecdotal evidence of its efficacy dates back to 2022 and assigns it a potency similar to other PCE analogs. The EUDA issued a notification of its first analytical identification in March 2024.
