ديفينهيدرامين

Diphenhydramine is a first-generation antihistamine of the ethanolamine class, first developed in 1943 by George Rieveschl and widely available over the counter under the brand name Benadryl. Primarily used to treat allergies and insomnia, it possesses anticholinergic properties functionally similar to tropane alkaloids found in nightshade plants. At high doses, it acts as a potent deliriant, producing intensely realistic hallucinations alongside significant physical discomfort and dysphoria.
