Бупропион

Bupropion is an atypical antidepressant belonging to the substituted cathinone and phenethylamine classes. First marketed under the brand name Wellbutrin, it functions as a norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI) and is prescribed for major depressive disorder, seasonal affective disorder, and smoking cessation. Unlike typical antidepressants, bupropion is less associated with sexual dysfunction and weight gain. It carries an elevated seizure risk, particularly in predisposed individuals, and should not be combined with other drugs without caution.
