Sold solely as a research chemical with no quality control or clinical data in humans. SR-17018 is not orally bioavailable when dissolved in water due to poor solubility; must be taken as powder or with appropriate excipients. CRITICAL: Reduces opioid tolerance rapidly; returning to previous opioid doses after using SR-17018 risks fatal overdose.
