DCK

Roughly 2-3× the potency of racemic ketamine with a markedly longer duration. Produces strong dissociation that can turn dysphoric or delusional at high doses. Urinary and bladder toxicity similar to or worse than ketamine has been reported with heavy use. Psychosis-like reactions, mania, and persisting cognitive deficits observed after chronic binges. Pure free-base easily aerosolizes and accidental inhalation can lead to rapid blackout.
