Very limited human data exist. 2-MAPB appears pharmacologically similar to MDMA based on rodent studies. Potency varies between vendors; always reagent-test samples. Marked vasoconstriction, bruxism, and elevated heart rate have been reported. Keep hydrated (approximately 250 ml water per hour) and avoid overheating.
