25I-NBMD

25I-NBMD is a synthetic psychedelic of the substituted phenethylamine class, specifically an N-benzylated derivative of 2C-I. It was discovered in 2006 by a research team led by David Nichols at Purdue University. Closely related to the 25X-NBOMe series, it is a highly potent compound that acts as a partial agonist at the 5-HT2A receptor. As a research chemical, it has very limited documentation regarding its effects and safety profile in humans.

Also known as: Cimbi-29, Nbmd-2c-i, 2C-I-NBMD, INBMDO, 25I-NB34MD, 2-(4-iodo-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-[(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl) methyl]ethanamine
