4-Fluorobutyrfentanyl is a potent synthetic opioid and analog of butyrfentanyl that has been sold online as a designer drug. It is closely related to 4-fluorofentanyl. The substance is reportedly rare, and very little is known about its pharmacological profile or safety margins. It is generally administered as a nasal spray. Due to its extreme potency, it should be handled with great caution and never combined with other depressants.
