Dichloropane is a novel research chemical with very limited human use history since its appearance around 2010. Due to structural similarity to cocaine, it may carry similar cardiovascular risks including potential for sudden cardiac death at high doses and long-term cardiomyopathy. Regular insufflation can severely damage nasal tissue, causing loss of smell, nosebleeds, and chronic nasal problems. The substance is notably harsh on nasal passages and has a longer, more difficult comedown than cocaine. Always use precise milligram scales, as dosages are in the low milligram range.
