Butyrfentanyl

Butyrfentanyl is a potent short-acting synthetic opioid and analog of fentanyl, possessing approximately one quarter of its parent compound's potency. It has no established clinical applications and is sold exclusively as a designer drug. One of the earliest references to this compound appears in documentation by The College on Problems of Drug Dependence. As with other fentanyl analogs, butyrfentanyl carries significant risk of respiratory depression and fatal overdose, demanding extreme caution.
