Flunitrazolam

Flunitrazolam is a novel synthetic depressant of the triazolobenzodiazepine class that first emerged on the research chemical market in 2016. It has no known precedent in the scientific literature prior to its appearance for sale online. Flunitrazolam is notable for its extreme potency, being active in the low microgram range—a characteristic shared with compounds like flubromazolam and clonazolam. As with all benzodiazepines, it carries significant risk of dependence, and its ultra-potent nature makes accurate dosing particularly critical.
