4-HO-PiPT is a novel substituted tryptamine first identified in 2021 in British Columbia, Canada. It is characterized by an unusually short duration (2-4 hours) compared to most psychedelics, with intense visuals and a heavy bodyload. Users report strong tactile enhancement, significant nausea, confusion, and disorientation during the peak. The compound has very limited human use history and little scientific research.
