Klorfeniramin

Chlorpheniramine is a first-generation antihistamine used for allergy relief. At therapeutic doses it causes drowsiness and anticholinergic effects including dry mouth, blurred vision, and urinary retention. High doses can cause delirium with realistic hallucinations. Caution advised in elderly, those with glaucoma, prostate issues, or cardiovascular disease. Avoid during pregnancy without medical advice.
