25D-NBOMe
25D-NBOMe is a synthetic psychedelic of the substituted phenethylamine class, derived from 2C-D through the addition of an N-benzyl methoxy group. It was discovered in 2003 by Ralf Heim at the Free University of Berlin and emerged as a recreational substance around 2010 through online research chemical vendors. It acts as a potent partial agonist at the 5-HT2A receptor, producing primarily visual and stimulating effects with roughly sixteen-fold greater potency than its parent compound.
