Nasal administration burns sharply due to low pH, so users dilute in 0.9% saline or switch to IM for harm reduction. Repeated use has produced prolonged tremor syndromes, cerebellar ataxia, choreiform movements and week-long cognitive depersonalisation even at doses under 30 mg insufflated.
