The Granade stamp is used on the illegal market for tablets of different composition. The name, the press and the colour are not reliable marks of a particular batch. Even tablets bought in the same place and looking the same can come from different production runs.
Laboratory results show wide differences in dose, purity and adulterants. A tablet sold as ecstasy can carry an unexpectedly high MDMA dose, other stimulants, or substances that were never declared. That is what raises the risk of overheating, circulatory problems, serotonin syndrome and overdose, and it is exactly what a test answers before anyone takes anything.

How much of it is in the tablet is what a purity or quantity test answers, and a full laboratory analysis names every component.
