What is a pill report?

Traditionally a pill report was somebody saying what they thought a pill was: a description, an effect, a guess. Government-approved drug checking labs have since taken the term over, so today a pill report usually means a laboratory result for one pressed pill: what a service found in that sample, on that date, in that place.

Pill checker, pill identifier and pill report all mean the same lookup. Only in the United States does "pill identifier" usually mean something else, a prescription-tablet tool that reads imprint codes.
Where to find them

What a report gives you
Four things: what the person expected against what the lab detected, the dose in mg, where and when it was submitted, and which service ran it.
What the kit adds
A logo tells you which press stamped the pill, not what went into it. Different producers copy the same design, and a single producer's output varies between batches.

Marquis and mecke indicate MDMA, simon's separates MDMA from MDA, robadope rules out 2C-x and amphetamines, and zimmermann picks up benzodiazepines and cathinones. No reagent detects fentanyl, so that needs a strip.

How is this different from PillReports.net?
PillReports.net is largely user-submitted. These are laboratory analyses, each with a named service behind it.
Can I search by logo?
Yes. By logo, colour, substance, country and date, and by photo where a service published one.
A report says 250 mg. Is mine?
No way to know. Across 240 Punisher samples, eight in ten fell between 93 and 229 mg.
I found nothing for my logo. Is that good news?
No. It means nobody has published a lab result for that press.
